The NSW/ACT PHN Network provides a platform for the one Australian Capital Territory and ten New South Wales PHNs to collectively determine priorities for NSW/ACT that lead to improved patient care and better health outcomes for local communities; the opportunity to engage and partner strategically with stakeholders to improve outcomes; share knowledge, experiences and expertise to support best practice and develop a consistent approach where appropriate.
